Welcome Back! AARI returns for Fall 2021

With the new semester underway, AARI is pleased to continue curating resources for our community, leading advocacy and justice initiatives, and facilitating opportunities for building meaningful relationships with others.

For this semester’s first #featurefriday, here is an update on our work and how you can be involved!

• Look for website updates and developments in the coming weeks. We want this space to be a hub for resources and information. Do you have a great resource to share? Submit it here!

• AARI’s MusicBox is ongoing! This is a great way to advertise your upcoming performance and lift up voices of underrepresented musicians. More information is available on the website, and when you’re ready you can sign-up here. (Please sign-up at least two weeks before your performance date.)

• We are exploring a new leadership model this year with specified Project Leads for AARI initiatives. We hope this will help us expand our work and create space for many more allies to become involved in the areas that interest them. You can read more about AARI and leadership roles here.

• Opportunities to Tune In for open conversation and topics of interest are forthcoming. We’ll announce them here and through various HHSOM channels. More soon!

We are eager for continued development, change, and growth during this academic year and hope you will join us! For our music to fully connect beyond this school, we must find connection within. AARI is working hard to facilitate those opportunities.
